What People are Saying

Christa, thanks for reaching out about the transtion from organic to natural soybeans. We made this change for a couple reasons. One, we are trying to keep the cost of our products down to make them more affordable to consumers. In addition, expanding our use of non-GMO beans allows us to source all of our soybeans in North America. Supporting domestic farmers is extremely important to us, as is our environmental footprint. We are working with Conservation International on soybean sourcing guidelines for non-GMO beans. Please refer to the "Our Responsibility" section of this site to learn more about our sourcing program with Conservation International.

Up until recently I used Silk for Coffee every day. That is until I took a closer look at the new packaging and realized that Silk stopped listing organic soybeans as an ingredient, switching to "natural soybeans" instead. Not only was I disappointed, I felt a little ripped off as the price of the product hadn't gone down to reflect the lower quality of the new ingredients. Silk, go back to using organic soybeans, or I'll be drinking my coffee black until a competitor comes along with an organic alternative.

Awesome beverage - surely goes super well with coffee & tea! But I find the Silk for Coffee is too small for a heavy coffee drinker like me. Look forward to a bigger size. Thanks!

I too have just gone non-dairy but am having a hard time locating the product. Sobey's says they cannot get it after having it as a trial, and Safeway does not always have it on the shelf, either they do not bring in enough and it is sold quickly or they are shorted on their delivery. How can I ensure that it is available? Also a larger container would be more user friendly and economical. Cheryl

I love all of your silk beverages and include them as part of my healthy diet and lifestyle. My only concern is the palm oil used in your otherwise healthy soy creamer. I would love to see a healthier oil replace this saturated fat. Other than this, keep up the great work!

Is there a Silk Capucinno ?

- Diane
Why does the creamer curdle and float on the top of my coffee and tea? Also, how about putting this in recyclable cans rather than non-recyclable tetra packs? Like Carnation evaporated milk?

- James
@Lindsay, I work on the brand team for Silk. Thank you for the suggestion on the tetra package for Silk for Coffee. We have considered this as well as larger size cartons. We are glad you enjoy the creamer product and we are working on new innovations to bring you more options. Thanks again.

i would really like to see the vanilla and hazelnut flavours offered in Canada.

@kari. if you want a dairy replacement w/o sugar, just use regular soymilk. coffee creamers are almost always meant to replace milk and sugar.

- Julie
I have just gone non-dairy, and was excited to find Silk for coffee. But as someone who has never used sugar in coffee, I would love to see and unsweetened version.

I totally L-O-V-E 'Silk for Coffee'...have used it every day for about 6 months now!!! Coffee just does NOT taste as good without it!!! Valerie Yes...I would like to know the answers to Lindsay's questions....I wonder about that too!

I love silk soya creamer. I was wondering if you will ever make the product in a tetra package so you can travel with it. Also, having a larger package in general would be great so I don"t have to go to the store so often. Thanks
